1. Service
Slopshop provides an API platform and CLI tool for AI agents. The service includes 1,303 handlers across 82 categories, persistent memory, and agent orchestration features. By using Slopshop, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. Each account receives 500 free credits on signup. You are responsible for keeping your API key secure. Do not share your API key publicly.
3. Credits and billing
Slopshop uses credit-based pricing. Each API call has a published credit cost. Credits are purchased in advance and never expire. Unused credits are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase. 8 core memory APIs (memory-set, memory-get, memory-search, memory-list, memory-delete, memory-stats, memory-namespace-list, counter-get) are always free at 0 credits.
4. Fair use
The API is subject to rate limits. Free tier: 10 requests/second. Paid tiers: up to 100 requests/second. Enterprise plans have custom limits. Automated abuse, credential stuffing, or attempts to bypass rate limits may result in account suspension.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Slopshop to:
- Generate or distribute malware, spam, or phishing content
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to access other users' data or memory
- Resell API access without written permission
6. Self-hosting
925 pure-compute handlers are available for self-hosting. Self-hosted instances are not subject to our rate limits or credit system. Self-hosting does not require a Slopshop account or API key for compute handlers.
7. Data
See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling. You own your data. We do not use your data to train models.
8. Availability
We target 99.7% uptime for the hosted API. We do not guarantee uptime. For mission-critical workloads, we recommend self-hosting.
9. Liability
Slopshop is provided "as is." We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
